Software Development Engineer 4

Partnering with Product teams to understand, refine, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Defining front-end architecture, reusable design patterns, and React best practices.

Driving UI/UX excellence across the HIS V3 platform.

Designing and implementing rich user experiences, micro-interactions, and responsive user interfaces.

Improving usability, accessibility, consistency, and performance across all application modules.

Identifying and addressing existing UI/UX challenges and technical design gaps.

Mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to development standards and coding best practices.

Providing expertise in React and associated libraries/frameworks to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Qualification

Minimum 7+ years of overall software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Minimum 1 year of experience working on HIS products with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and enterprise application architecture.

Proven experience leading AngularJS to React modernization programs.

Strong expertise in ReactJS and related libraries/frameworks.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong UI/UX design knowledge with the ability to define standards, drive consistency, and improve user adoption.

Experience mentoring engineering teams and establishing development best practices.

Ability to design rich user experiences, micro-interactions, responsive interfaces, and modern user journeys.
