May also include feasibility or maintenance activities.\nEssential Functions\nUnder general supervision, perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions, working closely with the Site Activation Manager (SAM), Project Management team, and other departments as necessary. Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy, under guidance of senior staff.\nPrepare site documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.\nInform team members of completion of regulatory contractual. and other documents for individual sites.\nDistribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.\nSupport the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.\nReview, track and follow up the progress, the approval and execution of required documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.\nCandidate Qualifications\nLocation: Based in Hungary\nLanguages: Fluent in Hungarian and English\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field\nExperience: 2 years of relevant professional experience within a healthcare environment preferred\nDemonstrated ability to deliver objectives that have a significant impact on results within the assigned job area\nExperience managing non-routine tasks and responsibilities that require independent judgment \nAbility to work effectively within broad operational guidelines, procedures, and established processes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nCapable of working with an appropriate level of independence and accountability while following organizational procedures and requirements\nComfortable operating in a role where priorities and situations may vary and require adaptability, sound judgment, and practical decision-making\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
