EMEA Performance and Information Management team connects Analytics specialists from all European countries, to deliver cutting-edge multi-country headquarter implementations as well as to cater to local needs, understanding complexity of data and market situation in each country.\nAs Service Tech Lead you will be maintaining data warehousing and business intelligence solutions and overseeing development activities. You will be joining the Service and Support Team and you will work closely with our clients, helping them to fully benefit from IQVIA data assets and technology solutions.\nMain Responsibilities:\nParticipates/leads teams in to solve complex issues or implement enhancements to pour technology based services or components of larger, complex projects.\nReviews and analyzes client requirements/problems.\nProposes and delivers cost effective solutions to meet these requirements.\nPerforms qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions.\nDesigns, structures and delivers client reports and presentations.\nRecommends improvements and alternative solutions.\nProvides follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction.\nProactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market.\nBegins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise, either in technology & applications consulting or functional areas for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.\nAbility to manage work streams, assigning tasks and driving them to completion.
