We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Lead to help drive the success of our Site Engagement Solutions (SES) business in Turkey.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Site Management Organizations (SMOs) and other service providers that support large-scale clinical research programs. You will work closely with project teams, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure vendor performance, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead vendor governance and performance management activities for clinical research programs\nBuild strong partnerships with SMOs, vendors, and site stakeholders\nMonitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, quality standards, and timelines\nIdentify and proactively manage operational risks, issues, and escalation pathways\nSupport vendor onboarding, readiness, contracting, and payment processes\nReview vendor deliverables, documentation, and financial records to ensure operational accuracy\nMaintain oversight reports, trackers, and governance documentation\nCollaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Project Leadership teams\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and help scale vendor management capabilities across the business\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nExperience in vendor management, supplier management, clinical operations, project management, or related areas\nUnderstanding of clinical research and site-facing delivery models\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience working in regulated environments\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nFluency in English & Turkish\nNice to Have\nExperience working with Site Management Organizations (SMOs)\nKnowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes\nUnderstanding of the clinical research landscape in Turkey\nWhy IQVIA?\nYou'll join a global team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare through smarter clinical research.
