in the Supply Chain department.\nDescription of Main Activities/Responsibilities:\nDemand Planning Support: Assist the team in managing demand planning activities for specific business areas, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing departments to collect, clean, and structure company data.\n\nForecast Model Maintenance:Support the update and monitoring of statistical demand forecasting models.\n\nPower BI Dashboard Development:Collaborate on the creation, maintenance, and updating of interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI to monitor key KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias.\n\nS&OP Meeting Preparation:Contribute to the preparation of reporting, presentations, and Executive Summaries for periodic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and ILT (Integrated Leadership Team) meetings.\n\nSales Analysis:Support sales analysis against historical data to identify consumption patterns, seasonality, and anomalies, helping to prevent stockout or overstock situations.\n\nExploration of AI Tools:Experiment with and apply native Power BI AI features (e.g., Anomaly Detection, Smart Narratives) under the tutor's guidance to optimize and speed up data synthesis.\n\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) Follow-up:Collaborate on monitoring the sales performance of new launches during their first months on the market, supporting the team in applying predictive models by analogy.\n\nSwitch Code Monitoring:Support the mapping of product transitions (Phase-In / Phase-Out), helping to monitor the consumption of remaining stock for outgoing codes to eliminate obsolescence.\n\nAd-Hoc Analysis: Support the team in developing spot analyses and scenario simulations to address specific requests from management.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Data Science/Analyst, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related fields.\nProfessional Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nLanguage Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory\nComputer Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PBI (pivot tables, database management) and/or statistical tools like Python, R, or SQL.\nBehavioural
