This role combines field activities and commercial support, with approximately 50% of the time spent travelling across Italy alongside agents and distributors to promote The Signature Collection portfolio, and 50% dedicated to event management, marketing materials and samples coordination, analysis and reporting.\nWhat will you do:\nField Activities (50%)\nSupport agents and distributors across Italy during customer visits, product presentations and commercial initiatives.\nPromote The Signature Collection portfolio through product samples, tastings and brand storytelling.\nSupport events, activation and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.\nSales Support & Coordination (50%)\nManage promotional events and commercial activities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Events teams.\nCoordinate and distribute marketing materials, promotional leaflets and product samples to agents and distributors.\nPrepare sales reports and analyze commercial data to support business decisions and sales effectiveness.\nRequierements:\nEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.\nExperience: Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, customer-facing or other commercial-related roles is considered a plus.\nProfessional Skills: Strong commercial mindset, customer orientation, and interest in sales development and brand promotion.\nIT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is considered a plus.\nLanguages: Fluent Italian and English are required.\nSoft skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage different stakeholders.
