European initiatives.\n----------------\nThe Role: The Junior Mechanical Engineer contributes to the analysis and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes, supporting troubleshooting of equipment and production systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.\n\nContribute to the optimization and innovation of industrial processes, supporting efficiency and performance improvements.\n\nSupport the technical development of equipment and solutions, evaluating the most suitable technologies for each project.\n\nMonitor the performance and proper functioning of equipment and processes, providing technical support to the Maintenance team.\n\nContribute to engineering projects related to new production lines and equipment.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\n Experience: 2+ years of experience as Mechanical Engineer within manufacturing companies (food or pharma businesses are preferable).\nProfessional skills: Good understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing systems, with knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems and the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.\nIT Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and AutoCAD 2D/3D.\nLanguages: Fluent Italian and English.\nSoft Skills: Good communication and ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders, analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude, Hands-on and proactive approach, Teamwork and collaboration.\nOther details:\n Location: Gallarate (VA) with willingness to move across different production sites in Gallarate and Vergiate.\nWorking hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.\nContract: CCNL Alimentare Industria.\nLevel: Impiegatizio.\nMeal vouchers: €9 for
