The Production Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team efficiency in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nResponsibilities\nLead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production goals and quality standards.\nMonitor daily operations to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety protocols, and company policies.\nCoordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve production issues.\nTrain, coach, and mentor team members to promote continuous improvement and high performance.\nEnsure accurate completion of production paperwork, logs, and system data entry.\nMonitor inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies; communicate shortages or issues to supervisors.\nEnforce safety standards and conduct daily safety checks and audits.\nParticipate in shift changeovers, team meetings, and daily production planning.\nSupport implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform production tasks as needed to support team performance and output.\nSkills & Qualifications - Required\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment.\nPrior leadership experience (lead, supervisor, or coordinator role).\nKnowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, USDA, etc.).\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nSkills & Qualifications -
