We offer every day and seasonal solutions to 3 macro channels: Gourmet, Food Manufacturing and Consumer Product (Retail). “Extraordinary made simple”\nJob Purpose\nWe are looking for an Electrician that will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems within our food manufacturing facility.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerforms preventative maintenance tasks, including completion of all related documentation.\n\nTroubleshoots & maintains PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment.\n\nTroubleshoots equipment process controls, instrumentation, & calibration.\n\nInstalls, bends, and runs conduit and wiring, rigid aluminum and emt.\n\nComprehends and verifies wiring diagrams.\n\nProject planning, equipment upgrades, modification, and new installation.\n\nPerforms mechanical work, valve replacement, bearing replacement, and motor & gearbox replacement.\n\nInstalls, troubleshoots, and repairs controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics.\n\nProvides assistance to facility, line, machine, mechanics, and operators.\n\nProvides essential documentation and completes research for root cause analysis when needed.\n\nAffirms maintenance role in the HACCP procedure along with all other departments.\n\nAble to assess and function effectively in an ever-changing environment.\n\nOn call or able to reply to calls after hours.\n\nBe able to communicate between multiple departments in scheduling work.\n\nMaintain a clean work area.\n\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience:\n\nElectrical and mechanical ability as defined.\n\nHS diploma or GED.\n\nDemonstrated work experience in an industrial environment.\n\nTechnical school training in the form of certified courses, technical degree or related experience.\n\nFacility and facility support equipment training or experience.\n\nRefrigeration and/or ammonia refrigeration experience or training.\n\nAppropriate English language ability in order to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
