This expanded manufacturing footprint and diversified product portfolio positions IRCA as a key player in the market, serving a wide range of customers in the bakery, pastry, and gelato sectors, as well as food manufacturers.\nResponsibilities\nAssembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.\nTroubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.\nReading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.\nHas electrical competency for troubleshooting purposes and is familiar with electrical principles and components\nCan use an electrical meter for testing purposes\nMaintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.\nKnowledgeable in piping systems, pipe fittings, pumps and motors, valves etc.\nComprehension of gearboxes, motors, bearings, sprockets, chains, bushings, belts, and pulleys.\nCleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.\nCan operate sit-down forklift and/or articulating boom lift.\nOperating a variety of hand and power tools.\nExperience with Mill, Lathe, Band Saw, welding or a willingness to learn.\nMaintaining a clean and organized work area.\nComplying with health and safety regulations.\nPerforming general maintenance work on buildings assigned.\nHas strong computer skills. Preferred work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
