This expanded manufacturing footprint and diversified product portfolio positions IRCA as a key player in the market, serving a wide range of customers in the bakery, pastry, and gelato sectors, as well as food manufacturers.\nEssential Responsibilities\nEssential Responsibilities:\nA successful Irca Group USA LLC Traffic Coordinator is responsible for aligning and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, including small parcels, LTL, and TL shipments. You will ensure all materials are properly verified and are reflective of customer demands.\nThe Traffic Coordinator will maintain customer order accuracy through proper review processes including BOL, PRO #, materials and transfers to 3PLs. In this role, you will also assist the Warehouse in reviewing scheduled inbound materials, including labeling and processing.\nEnsure all shipments receive the proper documentation.\nKeep management and supervisors aware of product shortages to maintain inventory accuracy.\nPractice excellent internal and external customer service when interacting with coworkers, clients, freight companies and customer representatives. Your goal: all external parties receive a positive interaction with the company.\nVerify all outbound shipments to be accurate by comparing the customer order to physical materials and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition.\nWork with material handlers to ensure all shipments are handled promptly and properly.\nComplete all responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.\nAssist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.\nResponsible for answering CS, Warehouse, and Production inquiries in a timely manner using all communication channels.\nAlways maintain a clean and organized work area.\nUtilize ERP system (InforM3) to facilitate the shipping process from beginning to end.\nHandle Freight Claims/returns for non-conforming materials.\nAny other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.\nAttendance counts towards performance.\nEducation & Requirements\nMinimum 1-year experience (3 years preferred) Transportation experience as “Owner” of area. HS diploma or GED Equivalent. Prefer familiarity with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Experience operating forklift trucks is required. \nExcellent communication skills, including sharing the inbound and outbound appointment calendar with the warehouse team. \nStrong organization and documentation skills.\nStrong research and analytical skills.\nAble to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets. \nAbility to load trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack.
