My client, a highly regarded and growing Wealth Management firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in IFA/Wealth Management administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and operational support.

The Opportunity

This role will be heavily focused on the preparation and production of Annual Review Packs. The successful candidate will also play a key part in supporting advisers and helping to maintain the high standards expected within a busy Wealth Management business.

As part of a close-knit administration team, the successful individual will be expected to support colleagues, share knowledge and contribute towards the continual improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality Annual Review Packs accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
• Process new business, client reviews, and servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Liaise with providers, clients and advisers to ensure outstanding client service.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
• Support fellow administrators and contribute to an efficient team environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and client experience.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered, applicants must have previous experience working within a UK Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA firm.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous Wealth Management / IFA Administration experience (essential).
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning administration processes.
• Experience producing Annual Review Packs would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support both clients and colleagues.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000-£36,000 depending on experience.
