The successful candidate will also play a key part in supporting advisers and helping to maintain the high standards expected within a busy Wealth Management business.\nAs part of a close-knit administration team, the successful individual will be expected to support colleagues, share knowledge and contribute towards the continual improvement of processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduce high-quality Annual Review Packs accurately and within agreed timescales.\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.\nProcess new business, client reviews, and servicing activities.\nMaintain accurate client records and documentation.\nLiaise with providers, clients and advisers to ensure outstanding client service.\nEnsure compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.\nSupport fellow administrators and contribute to an efficient team environment.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and client experience.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nTo be considered, applicants must have previous experience working within a UK Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA firm.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate:\nPrevious Wealth Management / IFA Administration experience (essential).\nStrong understanding of Financial Planning administration processes.\nExperience producing Annual Review Packs would be highly advantageous.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.\nA proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support both clients and colleagues.\nSalary & Benefits\n£35,000-£36,000 depending on experience.\nHybrid working
