Summary:\n\nThe Oracle ERP Functional Analyst will be an integral member of the Oracle Applications team working with locations around the world to design, deliver and support business solutions on Oracle ERP in the areas of Order Management, Shipping and Advanced Pricing.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for related Oracle processes.\n\n- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through Oracle ERP module configuration or development.\n\n- Prepare detailed design functional documentation to deliver solutions in line with business expectations.\n\n- Clearly communicate business requirements to technical teams and support development through unit testing.\n\n- Complete testing of both existing and new functionality, and support business user in UAT test cycles to ensure system validation before implementing in production.\n\n- Provide escalation point for resolving complex Oracle system incidents and engage other teams to find a timely resolution.\n\n- Follow best practice Change Management processes and ensure all related documentation is maintained.\n\n- Liaise with business teams and lead delivery of projects that fall within Oracle Order Management areas of expertise.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- Seven plus years experience using, supporting, or deploying Oracle.\n\n- Order Management, Shipping & Advanced Pricing.\n\n- Working knowledge of EDI would be considered a plus.\n\n- Experience with Oracle R12, R11i ERPs.\n\n- Competent in SQL developer with knowledge of key Oracle DB tables.\n\n- Able to keep delivery deadlines and meet commitments.\n\n- Skilled in asking probing questions to understand customer operations & requirements.\n\n- Uses change as an opportunity to innovate and develop new, better ways of working.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n- Degree level education and significant related experience, preferably in Oracle implementation or senior support role.\n\n- Fluency in English required, and one or more additional language(s) a plus.\n\n- Strong analytical
