Working closely with Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams, this individual will help build and maintain modern cloud-based platforms utilizing React, TypeScript, C#, PostgreSQL, Azure, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.\nSuccess in this role will be measured by system reliability, deployment quality, recovery readiness, operational efficiency, and overall platform stability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlatform Reliability & Operations\nDesign, maintain, and optimize highly available cloud infrastructure that supports business-critical software applications.\nImplement monitoring, disaster recovery, backup, failover, and operational readiness processes.\nEnsure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\nCI/CD & Automation\nDesign and maintain automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.\nDevelop automation that improves deployment consistency, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.\nSupport deployment strategies that minimize downtime and reduce operational risk.\n\nCloud, Containers & Databases\nManage Azure infrastructure, containerized workloads, and supporting platform services.\nSupport PostgreSQL database environments, including performance, availability, backup, and recovery processes.\nOptimize infrastructure, database performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n\nMonitoring, Security & Incident Response\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.\nSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure platform security through access controls, secrets management, vulnerability monitoring, and security best practices.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to improve platform reliability and deployment processes.\nEvaluate and implement modern DevOps, automation, cloud, and observability technologies.\nContribute to standards, documentation, and operational best practices.\n\nTechnology Environment\nReact and TypeScript front-end applications\n.NET / C# backend services\nPostgreSQL databases\nMicrosoft Azure cloud services\nGitHub Actions\nDocker and Kubernetes\nMulti-tenant SaaS architecture\n\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft Azure\nGitHub Actions and CI/CD automation\nDocker and Kubernetes\nPostgreSQL\nPowerShell and Bash scripting\nMonitoring, logging, and observability platforms\nSecurity, access management, and automation best practices\n\nQualifications & Experience\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.\nStrong experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.\nExperience supporting containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience supporting PostgreSQL environments in production.\nExperience supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud-native application architectures.\nStrong understanding of monitoring, observability, incident response, and platform reliability practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or other business-critical applications is preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\nWhy Choose Us? \nAt iRely, we empower our team members to lead with innovation and consistently exceed customer expectations.
