iREMS Customer Support Representative

Task

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues for customers related to the iREMS softwareProvide advice and expert knowledge by email, chat, and web channelsWork closely with Product Development and DevOps to diagnose problems and deliver solutionsLiaise with the software development teamDeliver professional and efficient customer service while performing to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targetsCommunicate clearly and effectively both internally and externallyAccurately record all customer contact and outcomes within designated softwareEscalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner in line with SLAsAdhere to the working processes and procedures of the departmentContribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and documents

Expectation

2-4 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service in a customer-focused environmentIT qualifications or degree educationExperience working in a technical or software support capacityGood questioning skills and good attention to detailAbility to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a businessDesire to take personal responsibility for resolving issuesFluent language skills in EnglishHigh learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned
