# Azure DevOps Lead Engineer

The Azure DevOps Lead Engineer will own the technical direction, standards and delivery of IREN's Azure platform and DevOps practice. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you will set the architecture and governance model for our Azure estate, lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, and act as the escalation point for platform design and delivery decisions across the enterprise and data center business. You will partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance and Business Systems leaders to ensure the platform is secure
