If you’re excited about joining a fast-growing brand making an impact in the wellness and technology space, we’d love to hear from you!\nPosition Overview\niRESTORE is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate partnerships for our Body and Skin product categories. We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven marketer with strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how affiliate partnerships can drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. The right candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing the full partnership lifecycle, from partner discovery and outreach through negotiation, activation, optimization, and performance analysis. This role sits within our Growth organization, reports to the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, and partners closely with Brand, Performance Creative, Paid Media, and Organic Social.\nResponsibilities\nOwn day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for our Body and Skin product categories.\nIdentify, evaluate, and recruit creators who align with our brand, target audiences, and growth objectives.\nManage the full creator partnership lifecycle, including outreach, product seeding, negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and payment coordination.\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and other external partners.\nDevelop campaign briefs that translate product positioning and business goals into compelling, platform-native content.\nPartner with Performance Creative and Paid Media to identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification, testing, and iteration.\nSecure and track appropriate content usage rights, paid media permissions, and creator whitelisting access.\nMonitor campaign performance across content output, engagement, traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and other key growth metrics.\nUse performance insights to improve creator selection, campaign concepts, investment decisions, and future testing.\nMaintain organized campaign trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, content libraries, and reporting.\nStay current on creator trends, emerging platforms, cultural conversations, and new partnership opportunities across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.\nQualifications\n4+ years of dedicated affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience, ideally within a DTC, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.\nA proven track record of executing performance-focused affiliate strategies and managing partnerships from discovery and outreach through negotiation, activation, and reporting.\nDirect experience communicating with publishers, affiliate networks, agencies, loyalty platforms, review sites, and other performance partners.\nStrong knowledge of affiliate marketing, including commission structures, attribution, tracking, partnership terms, promotional placements, and performance-based compensation.\nStrong negotiation skills and the ability to build productive, long-term relationships with external partners.\nA track record of finding creative, effective ways to recruit partners, improve performance, and scale affiliate programs.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience managing budgets, evaluating performance, conducting competitive analysis, and translating data into clear recommendations.\nExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling outreach, partner briefs, proposals, and cross-functional updates.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, placements, contracts, and deadlines at once.\nAn effective cross-functional partner who can work proactively across Growth, Brand, Paid Media, Digital Product, Data & BI, Finance, and external teams.\nResourceful, solution-oriented, and scrappy, with a bias toward execution and a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.\nAn AI-forward working style, with practical experience using AI to support partner research, outreach personalization, competitive analysis, campaign planning, reporting, or workflow efficiency.\nA genuine passion for e-commerce, digital partnerships, and the health, wellness, and beauty space.\nAdditional Experience\nExperience with premium or high-consideration e-commerce brands and products sold through Shopify.\nExperience supporting subscription or replenishment-based products, including familiarity with SKIO.\nExperience with affiliate networks, partner-management platforms, tracking tools, or attribution platforms.\nExperience within personal care, health, wellness, skincare, body care, or hair growth.\nOur Core Values and what we built our culture around:\nWE THINK BIG: We have a forward-thinking, growth mindset and always consider the big picture in our decisions\nPROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER: We use our problem-solving and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions\nWE ARE COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE: We work together to iron out improvements or changes to achieve goals\nOPEN & HONEST COMMUNICATION/FEEDBACK: We communicate and share feedback with each other with radical candor and transparency\nCONTINUOUS LEARNING & IMPROVEMENT: We are always improving the way we work and challenging each other to bring new ways of thinking to the table\nWE TAKE OWNERSHIP & ACT WITH URGENCY: We take complete accountability for our goals and take swift & effective action to reach them.\nOur Company Benefits:\n$105,000 -
