In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the daily operations of the business by managing inventory, coordinating purchasing and logistics, maintaining accurate operational data, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and processes run efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, support key operational initiatives, and help strengthen the systems and processes that enable the business to scale. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nResponsibilities\nSupport weekly EOH (end-on-hand) and sell-through updates and Slack channel announcements \nHelp spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, and flag stock-out risk and reorder points\nSupport monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing approved marketing promos\nTrack order ETAs and help align timelines across teams.\nOwn day-to-day contact for our global network of suppliers (China, Korea, USA), placing orders, and confirming delivery dates\nTrack all assigned ClickUp tasks and ERP “Fulfil” POs; coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders for importing products to the US and domestic carriers.\nManage PO and Shipping process \nManage vendor invoices and payment requests\nPartner closely with internal departments to drive task completion and maintain alignment on production timelines.\nKeep PO/Shipping status updated and current for cross-team visibility\n Continuously evaluate operational workflows to innovate, build, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Loom walkthroughs.\nAssist leadership and the OPS team with ad-hoc projects, administrative needs, and new business initiatives.\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or data-heavy operational roles within a fast-paced e-commerce environment\nAdvanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite). \nHighly comfortable managing large data sets, analyzing complex data and formulas, and maintaining data integrity.\nExperience coordinating with domestic and/or international suppliers/vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PL.\nKnowledgeable in project management such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and IMS/WMS/ERP tools such as Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc. \nA process-first mindset, follow SOPs closely, and improve them when you spot improvements.\nStrong administrative skills and proven reconciliation capabilities for addressing inventory discrepancies and resolving procurement issues. \nDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.\nProven ability to skillfully coordinate with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, international shipping, and navigate logistical challenges head-on.\nCapable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and maintaining alignment across leadership teams.\nBonus: has used AI (Claude, Viktor, or similar) to help build spreadsheet formulas, simple automations, or documentation.\nOur Core Values and what we built our culture
