Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, and pragmatic problem solver, with an attention to detail, who excels at reviewingcomplex agreements for accuracy, compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and potential risks.\nResponsibilities:\nThe candidate selected for this role willassistwith the following:\nContract Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, softwareand other service contracts.\n\nCollaboration: Work with iRhythm’sOperations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams and other business partners throughout the organizationto ensure alignment of legal and business terms.\n\nContract Management: Track contract status, maintainaccuratecontract databases, and manage contract-related documentation.\n\nVendor Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors..\n\nCompliance: Working with internal legal counsel, ensure contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.\n\nSupport and Advice: Provide support to other departments on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiations, and contract terms..\n\nContract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completionutilizingthe company’s CLM system.\n\nProcess Improvement: Help develop and improve forms, policies, templatesand playbooks.\n\nWork well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree(with a focus in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field, beneficial). Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certificationa bonus.\n\nExperience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.\n\nLegal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, including relevant regulations and compliance standards.\n\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract terms, identifypotential risks, and interpret complex legal documents.\n\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, negotiating, and explaining contract terms.\n\nOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintaindetailed records, and track contract deadlines.\n\nTechnical Skills: Proficiencyin contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nEssential Skills:\nStrong business and personal ethics and integrity.\n\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a team and matrix environment, sound judgmentand strong attention to detail.\n\nExperience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\n\nLocation:\nRemote - ManilaAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
