This role serves as a key partner to Supply Chain stakeholders by transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nThe position supports analytics and reporting requirements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Demand Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and broader Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for solving business challenges through data.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools for Supply Chain operations.\n\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement recommendations.\n\nGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Insights\nTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.\n\nConduct root cause analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.\n\nMonitor key Supply Chain performance metrics and proactively identify anomalies or emerging trends.\n\nSupport data storytelling by presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner.\n\nSupply Chain Functional Support\nPartner with stakeholders across:\n\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P)\n\nDemand Planning\n\nOrder Management\n\nLogistics & Distribution\n\nInventory Management\n\nSupplier/Vendor Management\n\nSupply Chain Planning & Analytics\n\nSupport business reviews through the preparation of metrics, performance analyses, and executive reporting materials.\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline analytical processes.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process performance measurement.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable reporting and analytics solutions.\n\nData Governance & Quality\nMaintain data quality standards and assist in resolving data discrepancies.\n\nSupport governance efforts related to reporting structures, data definitions, and KPI standardization.\n\nDocument reporting processes, methodologies, and business rules.\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics\nThree or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst\nProven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization\nTechnical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations\nAdvanced Excel Skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools\nProficiency in Tableau Ability to maintain confidentiality based on access to proprietary financial, operational and competitive information.\nFamiliarity with data warehouse systems, specifically Snowflake, is a huge plus.\nLocation:\nManilaAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
