This role owns routine account setup, onboarding support, data maintenance, queue processing, and quality checks, enabling Field Support Reps (FSRs) to focus on direct commercial team needs, customer and account-health work.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nServe as the operational support partner for the Field Support team by executing standardized onboarding, account setup, user setup, routine account maintenance, and other transactional activities within established workflows. \nCollect, enter, validate, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established quality standards. \nReview requests for completeness, reconcile data discrepancies across systems, perform quality assurance checks, and resolve issues prior to account activation or request completion. \nManage assigned work through shared queues and ticketing systems, maintain accurate documentation, communicate status appropriately, and consistently meet established service level expectations. \nPrepare, maintain, and distribute standard reports and data extracts that support Field Support, Sales, Key Account Management, and leadership.\nIdentify recurring process issues, manual activities, and documentation gaps; recommend and support improvements through updated SOPs, job aids, testing, workflow enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nBuild positive working relationships with Field Support, Sales, Key Account Management, customers, and internal business partners while exercising sound judgment in communicating operational risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership. \nProtect confidential customer and patient information by adhering to HIPAA requirements, company policies, and all applicable quality and compliance standards.\nWhat We Need To See\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in operational support, customer care, sales support, data entry, account setup, or a similar high-volume environment.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.\nExperience entering, validating, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM/SaaS platform.\nAbility to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for additional education.\nWays to Stand Out\nBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare, business operations, or data management.\nExperience with Salesforce case management, reporting, shared-service operations, or master-data maintenance.\nKnowledge of iRhythm systems, products, or customer-support processes.\nExperience contributing to process improvement, automation, or knowledge-management efforts.\nLocation:\nIloiloAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
