Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career\nAbout This Role:\nPosition: Inventory & Logistics Analyst, GBS\nReports to: Director, Inventory & Logistics\nLocation : GBS\nJob Overview:\nThe Inventory & Logistics Analyst is responsible for monitoring demand, setting optimal field inventory levels by account, executing inventory adjustments and replenishment shipments, and managing shipping exceptions. As a trusted internal resource, the Inventory Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to drive inventory optimization and mitigate disruptions through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nPrepare daily inventory reporting.\nAnalyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels. \nExecute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory. \nIdentify and escalate inventory supply risks; lead mitigation planning with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact and ensure continuity of supply. \nResponsible for managing inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts. Drive aggressive recovery efforts.\nPrepare and present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making. \nMaintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all stakeholders and iRhythm associates. \nIdentify processes in need of improvement and recommend enhancements or changes to those processes.\nAdhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and supply chain data to develop actionable recommendations and inventory strategies.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP, BI, AI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.\nExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.\nProven ability to identify supply risks and evaluate potential business impacts,\nStrong organizational and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.\nThe successful applicant will be a hands-on individual who embraces teamwork, is flexible and is willing to actively participate in daily stakeholder interactions and workload\nLocation:\nManilaAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
