Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career\nAbout This Role:\nThe Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting payroll processes for International and US operations, assisting in month/quarter-end close activities, and working closely with our third-party payroll processor.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare payroll (bi - weekly or monthly)for exemptand non-exempt employees and monthly payrolls, for all compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and commissions\nAssist with accounting entriesforall payroll cycles as well as monthly accrual entries including wages, commissions, bonuses, vacation and travel\nGenerate payroll related reports, such as biweekly expense, PTO,etc.; develop ad hoc reports as needed; work with third-party payroll processor to produce all year-end reporting and returns\nAssist with quarter-end close activities, including preparation of any auditor-requested schedules and other support\nWork with HR to ensure new hires, state-to-state movements, terminations, status changes, LOA’s, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, retroactive adjustments and special pays are properly recorded in the payroll system and documented\nProcess all deductions, including garnishments, flexible spending plans, retirement plans, and benefits contributions\nProvide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process\nEnsure that earnings from equity grants is appropriately reflected in W-2treatment\nWork with third-party payroll processor (e.g. Deel and Workday) to produce all year-end reporting and returns\nCommunicate with team members, managers, business partners, vendors, and field staff to research and resolve issues\nComply with all company policies and departmental procedures, ensuring honest and ethical conduct at all times\nWork with IT and HR to ensure integrity of data and systemsetup\nDevelop expertise in supporting processes and integrations with Workday, as required\nOther ad-hoc special projects Minimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration\n2+ years of payroll and accounting experience in a multi-state payroll department with high volume operations\nExperience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel; must be proficient in other standard workplace applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nCandidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent customer service and problem-solving skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong working knowledge of Workday and Deel\nCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation\nStrong understanding of Workday financials functional areas; Professional Services Automation (Including Projects, Customers, and Time & Expense), Procurement, Suppliers and AP,Banking and Settlement, Business assets, and all core Accounting\nWorkdaycertifications\nLocation:\nManilaAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
