In this role, you will partner closely with the VP Operations & Supply Chain, the direct teamof the SVP RAQA,and other cross-functional leaders to consolidate operations businessperformance, support return on investment (ROI) modelingfor strategic projects, manage operating expenseand CORSplanning, and deliver reporting, results, andstrategic insights to key stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAnalyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly communicate key drivers and implications\n\nPartner with cost accounting manager to understand key assumptions in CORS (cost of revenue sold) and gross margin and assistin forecasting and reporting\n\nPrepare and enhance reportingwith clear narratives and insights,including monthly business review report outs, project/capital updates, and roll forwards\n\nOwn monthly close activities for areas of ownership including accruals,reclasses, and headcount reconciliations\n\nBuild return on investment models for savings initiatives and strategic projects\n\nSupport annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes, including scenario/sensitivity analysis\n\nPartner with leaders and budget owners to manage expenses, track spend, identifyrisks/opportunities, and support cost initiatives\n\nPartner with the Cost Accounting team to ensure alignment of accounting treatment of actuals aligns with forecasting and modeling\n\nProvide ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed\n\nWhat We Want to See\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, operationsfinance, or related roles\n\nExperience in modeling and working with large data sets\n\nAdvanced Excel and Powerpointskills\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders\n\nHealthcare, medical device, and/or public company experience a plus\n\nWays To Stand Out\nHigh attention to detailand ability to network with business owners outside of ownarea of expertise\n\nExperience supporting the Operations/Manufacturing organization or working with Cost Accounting\n\nExperience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP\n\nExperience with Financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive a plus)\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive with strong ownership and follow-through\n\n Work Environment / Other Requirements:\nComfortable operating independently and collaborating cross-functionally in a blendedsetting(remote and on-site)\n\nThis role will behybridwith 2-3 days on-siteat the Orange County manufacturing and intake facility for hands onsupport of business partners and operations.\n\nLocation:\nOrange County, CA, United States\nActual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.\nAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
