You will have the opportunity to drive the delivery of medical device projects to domestic and international markets. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!\n\nThe Technical Project Manager - DevOps leads complex initiatives that improve software delivery, cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Security, QA, IT, and Product teams to plan and execute technical initiatives from strategy through implementation.\nThe Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving delivery across multiple technical workstreams, managing dependencies and risks, establishing execution plans, and providing visibility to technical and executive stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevOps Program & Project Leadership\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives.\nDevelop project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and execution strategies.\nCoordinate multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams to achieve delivery objectives.\nDrive execution against committed timelines and proactively address delivery risks.\nFacilitate technical planning, execution reviews, status meetings, and leadership escalations.\nCI/CD & Software Delivery\nPartner with DevOps and engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.\nCoordinate initiatives involving build, integration, automated testing, deployment, and release automation.\nTrack implementation of deployment strategies, environment management, and automated release processes.\nIdentify bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle and coordinate improvement initiatives.\nSupport adoption of standardized development and deployment practices across engineering teams.\nCloud & Infrastructure Delivery\nCoordinate projects involving cloud infrastructure, platforms, environments, networking, compute, storage, and supporting services.\nPartner with cloud and infrastructure engineers to manage technical dependencies and implementation plans.\nCoordinate cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, platform upgrades, and environment improvements.\nTrack infrastructure readiness and dependencies required to support application releases.\nAutomation & Platform Engineering\nLead initiatives to improve infrastructure and deployment automation.\nCoordinate adoption of Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management practices.\nSupport implementation of standardized DevOps tooling and engineering platforms.\nDrive initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, deployment frequency, and operational efficiency.\nSecurity & Compliance\nCoordinate DevSecOps initiatives with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.\nEnsure security requirements and controls are incorporated into technical delivery plans.\nTrack vulnerability remediation, security dependencies, and required technical approvals.\nCoordinate security testing and compliance activities associated with DevOps initiatives.\nCross-Functional Technical Leadership\nServe as the primary project-management interface between DevOps and partner organizations.\nCoordinate across Software Engineering, Firmware, QA, Security, Product, IT, Operations, and Architecture teams.\nManage technical dependencies and ensure teams understand ownership and delivery commitments.\nFacilitate technical decisions and escalate issues requiring leadership intervention.\nTranslate complex technical information into clear project status and executive-level communication.\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\nMaintain integrated project risk, issue, action, and dependency tracking.\nIdentify technical and operational risks early and develop mitigation strategies.\nManage cross-team dependencies that could affect delivery schedules.\nDrive resolution of blockers and escalate critical issues appropriately.\nMetrics & Executive Reporting\nDevelop project dashboards and executive reporting for DevOps initiatives.\nTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, delivery performance, and technical readiness.\nEstablish metrics for delivery predictability, deployment performance, automation, and operational improvements.\nProvide leadership with clear visibility into project health and areas requiring intervention.\nContinuous Improvement\nFacilitate retrospectives and post-implementation reviews.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering and DevOps processes.\nDrive standardization across project execution and technical delivery practices.\nSupport continuous improvement of development, deployment, and operational processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\n5+ years of technical project or program management experience and 8+ years of professional experience (engineering, project management, or similar roles)\nExperience working directly with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.\nExperience managing complex technical dependencies and cross-functional engineering teams.\nStrong project planning, risk management, and delivery-execution skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid development methodologies.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Technical Experience\nCloud
