我们正在招聘一名多智能体交易模拟高级工程师，负责构建能够同时运行、评估和迭代大量交易智能体的研究平台。重点是可靠的模拟、实验基础设施和可重复的结果，而不是宣传式的“AI 交易”。

工作职责

• 构建事件驱动的市场模拟器和可扩展的多智能体运行环境。
• 设计策略接口、回测、撮合、费用、滑点和风险模型。
• 管理数百到数千个智能体的调度、状态、日志和故障恢复。
• 建立实验追踪、基准、统计检验和防止数据泄漏的流程。
• 与研究人员一起把想法转化为可验证、可复现的实验。

任职要求

• 常驻杭州或能在杭州工作，5 年以上后端、分布式系统或量化基础设施经验。
• 熟练使用 Python，并掌握 Go、Rust、C++ 或高性能数据系统中的至少一种。
• 理解回测偏差、市场微观结构、时间序列和实验设计。
• 能构建可靠系统并清楚解释性能与正确性的权衡。

We are hiring a Senior Engineer in Hangzhou to build a research platform that can run, evaluate, and iterate large populations of trading agents. The emphasis is reliable simulation and reproducible experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build event-driven market simulators and scalable multi-agent runtimes.
• Implement strategy interfaces, backtesting, matching, fees, slippage, and risk models.
• Orchestrate hundreds or thousands of agents with robust state, logs, and recovery.
• Create experiment tracking, benchmarks, statistical checks, and leakage prevention.
• Turn research ideas into testable, reproducible experiments.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 5+ years in backend, distributed systems, or quantitative infrastructure.
• Strong Python plus Go, Rust, C++, or high-performance data systems.
• Practical knowledge of backtest bias, market microstructure, time series, and experiment design.
• Able to explain and improve the tradeoffs between performance, correctness, and cost.
