By driving the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, you will directly influence the efficiency of our platforms and ensure the delivery of robust, user-centric solutions that provide a competitive edge in the financial services landscape.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business pain points and operational needs.\n\n- Author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) that serve as the blueprint for development teams.\n\n- Translate complex business logic into clear, prioritized User Stories to facilitate seamless agile development cycles.\n\n- Conduct rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on system incidents to identify process gaps and implement long-term corrective measures.\n\n- Optimize existing workflows by applying Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies to enhance operational throughput and reduce manual overhead.\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and resource allocation.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle within the Capital Market domain, with a proven track record of delivering complex financial systems.\n\n- Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business leaders through clear, persuasive communication and documentation.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect intricate problems and design scalable solutions using BPM frameworks.\n\n- Proven proficiency in creating high-quality documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, that minimize ambiguity for development and QA teams.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of productivity and stakeholder engagement.\n\n- Minimum of 10 -
