Watch it here.\n\nJob Description\n\nPosition: Associate Architect – SDLC & Generative AI\n\nExperience: 10-15 Years\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), solution architecture, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, architect scalable applications, integrate AI-powered capabilities, and establish engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead architecture and design discussions for enterprise applications across the SDLC.\n\nDefine solution architecture, technical roadmaps, design patterns, and development standards.\n\nDrive adoption of Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance frameworks.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.\n\nArchitect cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.\n\nEnsure adherence to SDLC processes, DevOps practices, quality gates, risk management, and compliance standards.\n\nConduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.\n\nMentor development teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps).\n\nHands-on experience in Application Architecture and Solution Design.\n\nExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance.\n\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\n\nExperience with Microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.\n\nStrong understanding of software quality, security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience designing enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications.\n\nExposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and data security frameworks.\n\nCertifications in Cloud Architecture, TOGAF, Azure AI, AWS AI, or related technologies.\n\nMandatory Competencies\n\nPerks And Benefits For Irisians\n\nIris provides world-class benefits for a personalized employee experience.
