You'll work closely with senior Finance leaders to understand business challenges, identify solutions and manage improvements through to delivery.\nWe're looking for someone who can take ownership, analyse complex problems and bring people together to make change happen.\nThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working based at our Heathrow office.\nWhy This Role Matters\nOur Finance Transformation programme focuses on making financial processes simpler, reducing manual work and improving how our systems work together.\nYou'll contribute to projects involving:\nBanking Systems - Consolidating different banking platforms to simplify processes and improve efficiency.\n\nTreasury Management - Improving how IRIS manages company funds and financial information.\n\nBilling Transformation - Introducing advanced billing solutions, including usage-based billing alongside NetSuite.\n\nProcess Automation - Replacing manual Finance tasks with more efficient, automated processes.\n\nSystems Integration - Improving how financial information moves between systems, including ERP and Salesforce platforms.\n\nYour role will be to understand what needs improving, identify practical solutions and manage the work needed to deliver them.\nThese projects will help IRIS reduce errors, save time and support better financial decision-making.\nAbout the Team You'll Join\nYou'll join our 13-person Change Management team, reporting to the Principal Business Analyst.\nThe team brings together Project Managers and Business Analysts delivering technology, process improvement and business transformation projects across IRIS.\nYou'll work closely with senior Finance leaders, including the VP Finance, alongside Technology, Business Applications and other teams.\nRegular attendance at our Heathrow office will be important for working directly with key stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll:\nManage Finance Transformation projects, coordinating plans, deadlines, risks and activities across multiple workstreams.\n\nCarry out hands-on Business Analysis, gathering requirements, mapping Finance processes and identifying improvements.\n\nAnalyse financial and operational data, understanding problems and recommending practical solutions.\n\nSupport Finance system implementations, including banking, treasury management, billing and automation.\n\nWork with Technology teams, understanding how changes affect systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and their integrations.\n\nCoordinate stakeholders, managing competing priorities, resolving issues and keeping projects moving.\n\nPresent progress to senior Finance leaders, providing clear updates on milestones, risks and decisions required.\n\nSupport testing and implementation, ensuring changes work as intended and are successfully adopted.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who can lead projects AND get hands-on with Business Analysis, ideally within Finance Transformation or financial systems environments.\nYou'll bring:\nSenior Project Management experience, delivering complex business or technology projects and managing multiple priorities.\n\nHands-on Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis and identifying solutions.\n\nFinance or financial systems experience, ideally involving Finance Transformation, system implementations or process improvements.\n\nExperience delivering technology change, including software implementations, automation or systems integration.\n\nConfidence engaging senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors, executives and technical teams.\n\nProject governance experience, managing plans, risks, dependencies and reporting.\n\nCommunication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions, challenge constructively and drive delivery.\n\nIt would also be beneficial to have:\nExperience with NetSuite, Salesforce, ERP, CPQ or similar Finance systems.\n\nKnowledge of banking, treasury management or billing transformation.\n\nPRINCE2, APM, PMP, BCS or equivalent qualifications.\n\nWe're particularly interested in candidates who understand Finance processes and can demonstrate both the analytical skills to identify improvements and the project leadership needed to deliver them.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll have the opportunity to contribute to an important Finance Transformation programme within an established, growing international software business.\nYou'll work directly with senior leaders, gain exposure to different financial systems and take ownership of projects that improve how IRIS operates.\nThis is an opportunity to use both your Project Management and Business Analysis experience to deliver meaningful business improvements.\nWhat Can You Expect From Our Application Process?\nWe like to keep things simple, transparent and fair.\n1⃣ Apply Online\nUpload your CV and explain why this opportunity interests you.\n2⃣ Initial Conversation (plus Online Assessments)\nComplete two assessments, unless completed within the last 12 months, followed by a Talent Acquisition conversation.\nCCAT -
