This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt well to change, and can effectively manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.\nThe successful candidate will support a range of month-end tasks related to revenue, cost and balance sheet reconciliations. The role also supports the production of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, including variance analysis and commentary, and assists with the year-end audit.\nDue to a high level of acquisition activity, the business currently operates across multiple financial systems. As a result, this role will involve working with multiple systems and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams across the US.\nWe are seeking a qualified accountant with strong financial accounting knowledge, a solid understanding of revenue recognition, and an inquisitive approach to management reporting. This role is best suited to someone with excellent communication skills who can manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nRESPONSABILITIES:\nAs a Management Accountant within this team, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Your key duties include:\nBuilding monthly billing files for Core and Ancillary billings.\n\nReconciling cash accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies\n\nHandling customer refunds, cancellations and chargebacks\n\nPerforming monthly balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nProcessing deferred revenue, accruals, and prepayment journals.\n\nManaging month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting\n\nWorking on accounts receivable monitoring overdue amounts\n\nReviewing, reconciling and filing sales tax returns and payments\n\nSupporting the annual audit process and liaising with auditors on testing\n\nProviding ad hoc support to the Finance Manager as required\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s in accounting or finance\n\n Knowledge/Experience\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables)\n\nMinimum of 3 years’ accounting experience\n\nExperience working with multiple software systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite,)\n\nStrong knowledge of revenue recognition.\n\nKnowledge of deferred revenue, accruals, and prepayment journals.\n\nExperience handling inter-company transactions.\n\nFamiliarity with month-end tasks, including BS reconciliations.\n\nIn-depth involvement in the year-end audit process.\n\nKEY Competencies:\nStrong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and personable.\n\nEffective problem-solving capabilities\n\nAbility to adapt quickly to change.\n\nCapable of working efficiently under tight deadlines.\n\nCollaborative team player.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nImpact: Your work will influence millions globally.\n\nGrowth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.\n\nBelonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.\n\nReady to Apply?\nClick Apply - we’re excited to learn about your unique perspective and experience.
