We're looking for a Lead Product Manager, AI to take ownership of AI innovation across the IRIS Elements Platform and our wider suite of cloud based Accountancy products.\nThis is an opportunity to influence AI strategy, define market-leading product experiences and bring innovative solutions to life for thousands of customers across the UK.\nThe Role\nAs our Lead Product Manager, AI, you'll own the vision, roadmap and delivery of AI-powered functionality across the IRIS Elements Platform. Working with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams, you'll identify customer problems worth solving and transform them into meaningful, scalable AI solutions.\nYou'll help answer some of the most important questions in AI product development:\nWhere can AI genuinely remove customer friction?\n\nHow do we build trust and confidence in AI-powered experiences?\n\nWhen should AI operate independently and when should people remain in control?\n\nHow do we create measurable value whilst maintaining responsible AI standards?\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDefining and owning the AI product roadmap.\n\nBuilding and launching AI-powered features used by real customers.\n\nConducting customer research and translating insights into product priorities.\n\nCollaborating with Engineering and Data teams to ensure strong foundations for AI innovation.\n\nEstablishing evaluation frameworks for AI outputs and product performance.\n\nWorking across multiple product teams to create shared AI capabilities that scale across the business.\n\nMonitoring AI trends, market developments and emerging opportunities.\n\nAbout You\nYou'll likely bring:\nProven Product Management experience within SaaS, platform products or AI-enabled technology environments.\n\nExperience working with Accountants and Accountancy products is desirable\n\nExperience successfully taking products from idea to launch.\n\nStrong customer-centric thinking and commercial awareness.\n\nExperience working closely with Engineering and Design teams in agile environments.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nUnderstanding of AI, data, APIs, machine learning or adjacent technologies.\n\nA passion for leveraging emerging technologies to solve meaningful customer problems.\n\nWhy IRIS?\nAt IRIS, you'll join a business that's committed to innovation, customer success and creating technology that genuinely makes a difference.
