You don’t need to arrive as an expert in every area. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a good level of technical confidence and an enthusiasm for learning. Over time, you’ll develop your skills across both the technical and training sides of professional services.\nYou could come from a software support, implementation, training, customer success, technical support or similar customer-facing environment.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport international customers through the implementation and setup of iSAMS software.\n\nWork with customers to understand their requirements and help configure the system appropriately.\n\nDevelop your technical skills in areas such as system configuration, data migration and data validation.\n\nWork with customer data, identifying issues and helping ensure information is accurate during implementation.\n\nDeliver online and, where required, onsite training to help customers confidently use the software.\n\nExplain system functionality clearly to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.\n\nBuild positive relationships with customers throughout their implementation journey.\n\nWork closely with colleagues across Professional Services and other customer-facing teams to deliver a joined-up experience.\n\nMaintain clear implementation records and communicate progress, risks or issues effectively.\n\nBuild your knowledge of iSAMS and gradually take ownership of more complex technical and consultancy activities.\n\nContribute ideas and customer feedback to help improve our processes, training and overall service.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nIdeally, you’ll bring:\nIdeally fluent in Spanish or Portugese\n\nExperience in a customer-facing role within software, technology or a similar environment.\n\nConfidence learning and navigating software systems.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.\n\nAn interest in developing both technical and client training skills.\n\nGood problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach.\n\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when working with systems or data.\n\nThe ability to organise your workload and manage multiple priorities.\n\nA proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.\n\nExperience with software implementation, training, SQL, data migration, MIS systems or the education sector would be beneficial.\nThis is a great opportunity if you want to build a career in Professional Services and develop a broad skill set rather than specialising too early.
