backend applications and microservices.\n\n- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance, distributed systems.\n\n- Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\n- Drive technical design discussions and code reviews.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.\n\n- Participate in system design, estimation, and sprint planning activities.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development processes.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17 or above).\n\n- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.\n\nExperience with :\n\n- Spring Framework\n\n- Spring Cloud\n\n- Hibernate / JPA\n\n- Maven / Gradle\n\nHands-on experience with relational databases such as :\n\n- PostgreSQL\n\n- MySQL\n\n- Oracle\n\n- Knowledge of caching technologies like Redis.\n\nFamiliarity with messaging systems such as :\n\n- Kafka\n\n- RabbitMQ\n\n- Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.\n\n- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Monitoring and logging tools.\n\n- Experience building highly scalable SaaS or product platforms.\n\n- Exposure to event-driven architectures.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- Preferred Candidate
