Job Description

Experience: 7-8 Years

Location: Gurugram

Mandatory Skills:

Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structure, Microservices + REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT)

Additional Skills:

AWS CloudShell

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

. Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.

. Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.

. Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.

. Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.

. Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve system scalability and resilience.

. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.

. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.

. Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
