Watch it .Job Description\nMandatory Skills: Enterprise BI & Reporting Integration (SAP BusinessObjects), Data Querying & Transformation (SQL), Data Warehousing (DWH), Modern Data Platforms & Warehouses (Snowflake), AWS Glue, IBM DataStage\nAdditional Skills: SAP BusinessObjects (BO)\nRole Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Objects Developer to design, develop, and support SAP BO Universes and Reports. The role involves working with global teams, ensuring technical analysis & design , development, data accuracy, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain SAP BO Universes and WebI reports.\nTroubleshoot report issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.\nDesign and produce basic data insights and analysis writing queries directly on SQL Server.\nImplement Change Requests (CRs), support SIT/UAT phases, and manage production releases.\nCollaborate with BAs, architects, and global teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.\nProvide production support, reduce manual overhead, and ensure audit compliance.\nDraft technical specifications, participate in peer reviews, and follow Agile practices.\nLiaise with RTB teams to resolve escalated issues and support releases.\nRequired Skills:\n7+ years of Strong hands-on experience with SAP BO 4.1 (IDT, UDT, WebI) and will be an advantage if worked on Business Objects BI 2025.\nExtensive experience in upgrading and migrating SAP Business Objects Universes and Reports to newer versions, including version transitions to Business Objects 4.x or Business Objects BI 2025.\nExpertise in Universe Designer, SQL/T-SQL, performance tuning, and report migration.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to coach and mentor teams\nGreat interpersonal and communication skills\nCan work independently with minimum supervision\nFlexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders\nOpen to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)\nGood to Have\nExperience with SAP Live Office development.\nKnowledge of SAP BO CMC, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and financial services domain.\nUnderstanding of data blending, user security, and large-scale BI environments.\nExperience with QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau.\nEducation Qualification: B.Tech or MCA\nPerks and Benefits for Irisians\nIris provides world-class benefits for a personalized employee experience.
