This role will be key in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations across the company.\nThe Role\n* Maintain, support, and monitor internal IT systems (servers, workstations, network, cloud services, backups)\n* Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and system improvements\n* Administer identity and access management, permissions, and directory services\n* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues;
