As we expand our programs and partnerships, we are seeking a Proposal Manager/Technical Writer to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals for commercial and government opportunities.\nThis role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and storytelling - helping translate complex technical work into winning proposals.\nThe Role:\nLead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for NASA, DoD, and commercial contracts\nWork closely with engineering, business development, and leadership teams to develop clear, persuasive technical narratives\nManage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission requirements\nReview solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, BAAs) and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria\nCoordinate input from SMEs and technical contributors to ensure consistency and alignment\nMaintain a proposal content library and ensure brand and message consistency\nSupport grant applications, white papers, and internal review processes\nTrack proposal metrics and develop process improvements for future submissions\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or related field\n3-6 years of experience in proposal writing or management (aerospace, defense, or technology preferred)\nStrong writing, editing, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nUnderstanding of federal acquisition and funding mechanisms (NASA, DoD, SBIR/STTR, etc.)\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional input\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools;
