If so, let's start the conversation.\nJob Summary\nDetail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator required to join our team at Iron Mountain in Heywood. They will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and track inventory levels.\n\nOrder Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.\n\nData Entry & Reporting: Update warehouse databases and generate reports for management.\n\nSupplier & Customer Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and stock availability.\n\nCompliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations and company policies.\n\nAdministrative Support: Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks.\n\nAny other duties as requested by a manager that are commensurate with your role.\n\nKey Skills, Requirements & Competencies\nPrevious experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management.\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\n\nProficiency in IT software and warehouse management systems.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nrequires established skills and knowledge gained through training and work experience.
