If so, let's start the conversation.\nWe are looking for an Admin/ stock controller to join our team at our Kettering site.\nThe role itself will involve some of the following daily activities:\nCombine general administrative duties with precise stock control to ensure smooth warehouse and office operations.\nCore Goal: Maintain accurate inventory records, prevent stock shortages or excesses, and keep administrative processes organised.\nDepartment: Operations, Logistics.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Control\nTrack incoming and outgoing shipments to monitor real-time stock levels.\nPerform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.\nReconcile physical stock counts with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nInvestigate and fix any stock discrepancies, errors, or damaged items. \nAdministration\nRaise purchase orders, process invoices, and handle shipping documents (like Proof of Delivery).\nMaintain digital filing systems, logs, and up-to-date vendor records.\nGenerate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and performance reports using Excel.\nCommunicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery delays or back orders.\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience: 1 to 2 years in an administrative, stock control, or warehouse logistics role.\nTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and using inventory software or ERP systems.\nSoft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and clear communication. \nCategory: Administrative
