If so, let's start the conversation.\nIron Mountain busca un/a Associate Representative, Customer Service orientado/a al detalle y proactivo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones con clientes.\nEn este rol, serás responsable de garantizar una experiencia de usuario excepcional mediante la gestión integral de requerimientos, incidencias y solicitudes de clientes regionales, asegurando la correcta parametrización de sistemas internos y el control de procesos logísticos clave. Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico orientado a la excelencia operativa y al servicio integral en toda la región.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGestionar el ciclo de vida de los casos y las órdenes de servicio, ejecutando el procesamiento, cancelación, reprogramación de órdenes (tipos 1 al 8, Z y A) e inventarios, así como la liberación de actas de destrucción y control presupuestario para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y entregables precisos.\nColaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios -incluyendo las áreas de Transporte, Facturación, Cobranzas, Gerencia de Éxito del Cliente (CSM - Customer Success Manager) y Procesos de Inconformidades (NCSP - Non-Conformance and Service Process)- para escalar casos críticos, coordinar logística y apoyar la entrega efectiva de servicios.\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la organización y las normativas locales, gestionando estrictamente los accesos de usuarios a las plataformas internas (Salesforce, SKP, IMConnect y Secure Sync), la actualización de la Base de Conocimiento y la preparación de salas para auditorías de clientes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nExperiencia previa en gestión de entrada de órdenes, atención de requerimientos regionales o soporte a operaciones logísticas en entornos dinámicos.\nSólidos conocimientos en administración de plataformas y sistemas CRM/ERP como Salesforce, SKP (Secure Keeping), IMConnect y Secure Sync.\nDemostrada capacidad en comunicación asertiva, resolución proactiva de problemas, organización del tiempo y un nivel riguroso de orientación al detalle para el manejo simultáneo de tareas multisistema.\nEducación técnica o universitaria en Administración, Logística, Industrial o carreras afines (o experiencia equivalente equivalente en el sector).\nWhat We Offer\n\nSer parte de
