If so, let's start the conversation.\nJob Summary\nIron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Customer Associate to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing daily operations and client accounts to ensure the successful delivery of key objectives and exceptional service. You will be joining a diverse global team dedicated to seamless cross-functional collaboration and providing value-driven solutions to our partners.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the daily/monthly and quarterly operation that delivers on customer’s business requirements.\nMonitor and control costs in line with contractual price structures.\nWorks with cross functional business teams to deliver on goals and objectives.\nBe responsible for process enhancements within the overall customer service group.\nSupport customer meetings (including Quarterly Business Reviews)\nCommunicate operational efficiency to senior management and support performance management, use KPI’s to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to enable improvement.\nIdentifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy and productivity.\nParticipating in business meetings;
