Você trabalhará em estreita colaboração com product owners e partes interessadas (stakeholders) globais, atuando como uma voz técnica fundamental na definição de nossa arquitetura, na execução de migrações de sistemas e na garantia da saúde ideal da produção em toda a região.\nNesta função, você irá:\nAnalisar profundamente os requisitos do cliente: Aplicar pensamento crítico para garantir que as soluções técnicas estejam alinhadas às necessidades de negócios do cliente.\nProjetar e implementar soluções: Construir, testar e implantar softwares customizados para clientes novos e existentes da IRM.\nLiderar migrações de sistemas e suporte à produção: Executar migrações contínuas, gerenciar ambientes de aplicação e atuar como especialista técnico N3.\nMoldar a arquitetura técnica: Participar de revisões arquiteturais e conduzir discussões técnicas em equipes distribuídas e multifuncionais.\nResolver bloqueios técnicos: Identificar, resolver e escalar obstáculos proativamente para garantir a entrega bem-sucedida dos projetos.\nHabilidades e Qualificações:\nFormação Superior Completa em Desenvolvimento de Softwares e/ou áreas correlatas.\nAmpla experiência em engenharia de software em ambientes corporativos full-stack.\nSólida experiência em Python, somada a conhecimento prático em React e Java.\nExperiência prática no projeto de APIs REST e na implementação de Single Sign-On (SSO).\nSólida compreensão das tecnologias modernas de IA, incluindo a criação e otimização de prompts de LLM para automação.\nExperiência com GCP, GKE, ASP.NET, Node.js, TypeScript ou Gestão de Conteúdo Empresarial (ECM) será um diferencial.\nInglês técnico (mínimo B2+) com fortes habilidades de resolução colaborativa de problemas.
