If so, let's start the conversation.\nIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for generating net new sales revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business and securing transactional opportunities.\nYou will join a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to establishing Iron Mountain’s presence in our new Tampa location and driving success from the ground up.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25,000 and achieving monthly sales quota targets.\n\nCollaborate with Field Sales Account Executives, and Sales Subject Matter Experts to execute account strategies and align solutions with customer business goals.\n\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards by tracking all activities in Salesforce and managing Request for Proposal responses and Service Level Agreements.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n3-5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales working with large enterprise accounts.\n\nStrong knowledge of complex sales processes, virtual selling via video platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.\n\nProven ability in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and negotiating with key decision-makers to overcome objections.\n\nStrategic thinking skills to align sales efforts with enterprise goals and a resilient, target-driven mindset.\n\nWhat We Offer\nLocation: Tampa, FL (Iron Mountain Sales Hub).\n\nWork Model: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months; hybrid eligible (3 days in-office/2 days remote) thereafter.\n\nCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with your professional experience.\n\nComprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plansto support your long-term well-being.\n\nOpportunities for continuous learningand professional growth within a global industry leader.\n\nIf you are ready to make a real impact and grow your career with a global leader, we want to hear from you.
