In this role, you will be responsible for leading moving teams and managing warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality storage experience for our customers.\nClutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.\nHours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.\n\nSchedule: Thursday-Monday\n\nFull-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nLead and drive a team of 2-3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring the safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Clutter.\n\nManage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nExperience & Licensing: At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver’s license and the ability to pass a required physical exam.\n\nYou must have at least 2 years experience driving a straight truck in a city environment to be considered.\n\nTechnical Skills: Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.\n\nPhysical Capability: Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.\n\nRelevant Background: Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor or customer service environments\n\nWhat We Offer (Benefits)\nCompensation: We offer a comprehensive pay structure including a base hourly rate of $25.75/hour, digital and cash tips, and bonus potential for employees recognized by name in positive online customer reviews.\n\nOvertime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.\n\nFull Health and Dental Benefits starting on the first day of employment.\n\nPaid Time Off: Two Weeks Paid Vacation, Seven Paid Holidays, plus Sick Pay.\n\nFinancial Wellness: 401(k) with Company Match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.\n\nProfessional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, including Tuition Reimbursement.\n\nCompany-paid essentials: shirt with company logo, safety footwear and gloves as required.\n\nCall to Action\nReady to unleash your potential?
