If so, let's start the conversation.\nIron Mountain is seeking an onsite, operational Project Supervisor to join our Records Project team.\nIn this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the primary on-site lead directing material handling, safety protocols, and daily team workflows during high-volume records moves. You will work closely with federal partners and site teams to ensure perfect chain-of-custody compliance and seamless inventory handling. If you are a collaborative leader who takes pride in maintaining flawless sequence tracking while keeping safety a top priority, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to guide high-impact operations.\n\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities) I n this role, you will:\nLead On-Site Operations: Direct daily material handling activities including pulling, staging, loading, unloading, and sorting of archival records.\nMaintain Chain-of-Custody: Supervise the 12-step verification process, conduct joint inspections with client representatives, sign pull lists, and verify trailer cable seals.\nOversee High-Bay Sequence Control: Manage high-bay retrieval up to 15 feet, ensuring records are handled in exact chronological/numerical order and vertical shelf loads remain balanced.\nEnforce Safety Standards: Ensure OSHA compliance and crew safety for loads up to 50 lbs, coordinating mobile lifts, pallet jacks, and forklift operators for secure transport.\nAct as Primary Client Liaison: Communicate daily with the client’s Shipping Coordinator to resolve workload variances, address missing or damaged files, and adjust team priorities.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nProven supervisory experience in large-scale records management, logistics, warehousing, or relocation programs.\nStrong knowledge of chain-of-custody tracking, inventory audit checks, and high-bay sequence control.\nDemonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and independent decision-making capabilities in fast-paced operational environments.\nUS citizenship required due to federal security rules.\nMust be willing and able to undergo fingerprinting and pass a federal background check.\nWhat We Offer (Benefits)\nSalary: $85,500\nScheduled: Monday - Friday\nHours: 7:00am to 3:30pm\nCompetitive Compensation aligned with your experience.\nFull Health and Dental Benefits starting on the first day of employment.\nUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe in supporting work-life balance and offer unlimited PTO for you to rest and recharge. \nFinancial Wellness: 401(k) with Company Match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.\nProfessional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, including Tuition Reimbursement.\nNote: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.\nReady to lead a key project?\nApply today to start your journey with Iron Mountain\nPlease note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
