If so, let's start the conversation.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nTitle: Salesforce Service Delivery Developer\nLocation: USA (remote)\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a hands-on Salesforce developer to join our Salesforce platform support Operations (Service Delivery) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the core platform operations that keep our business moving seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to solve critical production challenges, collaborate across Scrum teams, and deliver robust solutions using Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud modules.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nResolve Production Incidents: Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability.\n\nDrive System Improvements: Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements.\n\nDeliver Quality Code: Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while adhering to design patterns, exception handling, and governor limits.\n\nCoordinate Releases & Operations: Align with centralized release management teams to ensure safe deployments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.\n\nManage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders and partners across enterprise Salesforce user groups, communicating effectively with all management levels during issues or escalations.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.\n\nStrong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, web service APIs, and performance optimization within governor limits.\n\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong background in production support and business operation recovery.\n\nExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all management levels.\n\nBS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience.\n\nUS Citizenship and residency in the US mainland (visa sponsorship is not available).\n\nWhat We Offer\nLocation: Fully remote work\n\nDay-One Benefits: Enjoy comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans with robust benefits starting on your first day of employment.\n\nEmpowering Your Balance: Flexible vacation plan and flexible schedules to support your personal and professional well-being.\n\nContinuous Career Development: Elevate your skills through ongoing training, corporate learning resources, and internal advancement opportunities on a global scale.\n\nCompensation & Care: Competitive salary commensurate with your experience, paired with a comprehensive company-wide benefits package.\n\nReasonably expected salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
