If so, let's start the conversation.\nIron Mountain is seeking a hands-on Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Project Specialist) to join our Records Project team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in moving and protecting important historical government records. Working as part of a team, you'll make sure every box is tracked, packed, and safely transported according to strict security guidelines.\nThis position is a temporary assignment with the potential to transition into a regular role based on business need and performance. You will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring for the benefit of our customers and each other.\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:\nMove and Stage Records: Safely pull, move, and stack record boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, including working off elevated platforms up to 15 feet high.\nLabel and Track: Put barcode and RFID labels on boxes in exact locations so every file can be tracked electronically.\nPack and Secure Pallets: Arrange boxes on pallets in proper order, protect the corners, and wrap them tightly in plastic for safe shipping.\nCheck Inventory: Help check box numbers against pull lists to make sure everything matches before it is moved.\nUse Material Handling Gear: Safely move boxes around the warehouse using hand trucks, wheeled carts, and pallet jacks.\nWhat You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:\nExperience working in a physical role, preferably in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately match long numbers and letters on labels and lists.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout an 8-hour shift, and comfort working at heights using secure platforms or mobile lifts.\nUS citizenship required due to federal security rules.\nMust be willing and able to undergo fingerprinting and pass a federal background check.\nWhat We Offer (Benefits)\nSalary details: Starting at $21.80 (UP TO $5.09 additional if benefits are declined)\nShift: Monday - Friday \nOnsite location: 3150 Springboro Road Moraine, OH\nEligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr (if benefits are declined)\nCompetitive compensation aligned with your experience.\n14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.\nComprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans, including full health and dental benefits starting on the first day of employment, and a 401(k) with Company Match.\nOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growth through tuition reimbursement.\n Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.\nReady to put your warehouse skills to work with a great team?
