If so, let's start the conversation.\nJob Summary\nIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice, troubleshooting complex enterprise problems, and maintaining the health of our production systems and IT inventory. You will join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring a seamless customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nSystem Maintenance and Administration: Monitor the ticketing system to execute requests for onboarding, offboarding, and usage standards while maintaining virtual and physical IT inventory and repairing failed devices.\nOperational Reliability: Monitor system health and perform vulnerability remediation, patching, and capacity management to ensure disruptions are minimized and infrastructure remains secure.\nTechnical Support Collaboration: Provide first and second-level support to customers, collaborating with global teams as needed to resolve hardware and software malfunctions.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n4+ years of experience in technical operations or systems engineering functions, including implementation, verification, and system operation.\nStrong knowledge of local area networks, server installations, and various computing platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server.\nProven ability in problem-solving and maintaining operating systems, specifically Linux and Microsoft Server, within a 24-hour operational support environment.\n Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer
