The role will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding coordination, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely closures. This position is suitable for candidates with a technical education background who want to build a career in technical recruitment and IT staffing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer follow-up, onboarding support, and joining confirmation.\nHire for technical roles such as EUC L1/L2, Desktop Support, Field Technician, Network Support, Data Center Technician, and other IT support positions.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, vendor channels, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.\nBuild and maintain regional talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand locations.\nSupport coverage mapping for jobsite-based hiring and field service requirements.\nScreen candidates for technical fitment, location feasibility, availability, pay expectations, work authorization, and shift flexibility.\nCoordinate with internal teams, program teams, onboarding teams, vendors, and candidates to ensure fast hiring closures.\nSupport rate negotiation and candidate alignment within approved pay ranges.\nTrack candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.\nAssist in onboarding documentation, joining confirmation, and deployment readiness.\nMaintain accurate recruitment updates in internal systems and reports.\nSupport hiring across different regions and time zones based on business needs.\n\nRequired Skills And Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in a technical field is required, such as: B.Tech / B.E. BCA / MCA / B.Sc.
